My experience with Jon was amazing! I visited him to cut back on alcohol intake as I was having a few beers after work almost everyday and felt the weight adding on. He combined the alcohol intake with weight loss and my results have been amazing. I have not had a beer nor a craving for one since the day I left his office and I started a low-carb diet at the same time and I've lost 25 lb in 4 weeks. Thanks Jon ~ Kurt G

I met John today for the first time. His welcoming smile and warm presence made me feel very comfortable. John took time to explain hypnosis and what he would be doing. I saw John last weekend with my teen daughter and we did a joint session.
